"Progress tracker is decent, could be better"
The progress tracker is useful overall. I did like being able to see how my sleep changed day to day, that part was nice. Some of it feels kinda basic tho, and I had to manually update stuff more often than I thought I would. Not a bad feature at all, just feels like it could be a little smoother...

"Support could be a little quicker"
Support did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected. I think other customers might feel the same way, it's reassuring to get a response, but a faster reply would make the experience better

"Useful once I got into it"
I’ll admit I’m already a bit biased toward anything that helps me build a better bedtime routine, so I wanted to like this. The habit tracking was decent and gave me some structure without feeling too complicated. I did like the reminders, though after a while they started to feel a little repetitive on certain days. It definitely helped me stay more consistent than I was before, but I wouldn’t say it completely changed my routine. Overall, it’s fair for what it is.

"The program does explain the steps..."
The program does explain the steps, but some parts were a little confusing... especially knowing when I should make changes versus just stick with it. I was able to follow most of it, but I had to reread a few sections a couple times. It’s not bad overall, I just think a few clearer examples would make a big difference.
"Bad first impression and not much help"
My first impression wasn’t great. It felt way too slow right from the start, and that kind of put me off. I kept waiting for it to actually be useful, but it didn’t really help much in the end.

"Had to Wait Around Just to Find Out the Real Price"
The pricing wasn’t clear upfront at all, which was really frustrating. I felt like I was basically forced to be patient and sit through the process before finding out what things actually cost. It came off a little sneaky, and I don’t love feeling like I have to wait around just to get the full picture.

"Access was fine, but I expected more"
I paid and got access right away, so no issues there. The videos and PDFs loaded fine too, so technically everything worked like it was supposed to.
The actual content just felt a little too basic for me. A lot of it was advice I’ve already seen floating around online, like setting routines and cutting back on screens. Not totally useless or anything, but it didn’t really feel like a complete solution.
I also had to click around more than I expected to find what I needed. For the price, I thought it would be more organized and have a bit more depth. Maybe it’ll work better for someone else, but I was kind of disappointed...

"Helped a little, but didn’t totally save my mornings"
I’ll be honest, this helped me a bit on some nights. I fell asleep faster a few times, and those mornings felt a little less miserable. But I still had a handful of days where I woke up feeling groggy and kind of annoyed about it. The tips are decent, just not some amazing fix for me...

I felt like thirtydaysleepsolution.com was a good deal overall. It’s not like some instant miracle or anything, but the advice was simple enough to follow, and after a little while I did kind of notice my sleep getting better. Some sections could maybe go into a bit more detail, but for what it costs, I’d say it’s worth trying

"Still felt left in the dark"
It wasn’t that helpful for me. The information felt really basic, and I kept expecting more explanation or guidance, but it never really got there. I finished it still feeling kind of left in the dark.

I canceled this already, and somehow I still got billed the next month. I don’t have the patience to chase down charges for something I already canceled. Really frustrating...

They did eventually email me back, but it took longer than I had patience for. And when they finally replied, they only answered part of what I asked, which was annoying. I don’t mind waiting a little, but if the response still doesn’t cover everything, what’s the point?

"Okay for some sleep issues, maybe not all"
I tried Thirtydaysleepsolution it was better than I expected in some ways. If your sleep problem is more about bad routines, stress, or just lying there with your brain running at full speed, the advice is easy to follow and does make sense.
That said, I’m not totally convinced it’s enough for everyone. If you’re dealing with sleep apnea, chronic pain, shift work, or really serious long-term insomnia, it feels a bit too basic and you’d probably need actual medical help. So yeah, it’s not bad, just limited depending on what’s really keeping you up...

I did notice I was falling asleep a little faster after about a week, so I guess it helped some. But there were just too many steps to keep up with, and it started feeling more frustrating than relaxing. I still woke up tired most mornings, and a lot of the advice felt basic. Not really worth it for me.

I tried it hoping it would help with my anxiety, but I still felt tense most nights. I also reached out to support and felt like I got stuck in a loop of generic replies without much actual help, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

At first I didn’t think much was happening. I’d wake up and be like, yep, still tired. But after a little while, I started noticing I had more energy in the mornings. So yeah, I take it back, this has actually made my mornings a bit better.

I was really hoping this would make a bigger difference because I still remember those long nights lying awake and feeling so exhausted the next morning. It helped my sleep a tiny bit, but not enough for me to feel like it changed much.
"Took longer than I hoped"
I tried the Thirty Day Sleep Solution hoping I’d notice a difference quickly, but to be fair, that wasn’t really the case for me. The first week felt about the same as usual, and I was a little frustrated because I thought I might start sleeping better sooner.
By around the third week, I did start falling asleep a bit easier, so I can’t say it did nothing. It wasn’t a huge, life-changing improvement, but there was some progress. I’m giving it 3 stars because the results were slower than I wanted, but I also think it’s fair to say it wasn’t useless...
